Our Programs
We are a family-orientated football academy that understands the different needs of children to play football from beginner to competitive levels. Our programs are designed to be a leading path to competitive football development.
ACTIVE PHASE – STAGE 1
For U6 age group
The Active start is primarily for all players under the age of 6. This program is aimed at providing football know-how in a gentle and nurturing environment for players who are new to the game, starting their adventure with appropriate age-of-readiness activities that allow the players to get comfortable with the ball at their feet, as well as learning new movement skills.
FUNDAMENTALS PHASE – STAGE 2
Aimed at U7-U9 age group
Further, focus on movement activities and ball mastery while introducing tactical concepts. Ball passing, dribbling, receiving and striking skills are introduced and improved through more structured activities.
TRAINEE READY PHASE – STAGE 3
For the U10-U11 age group
At this stage, the football culture has grown in these young players. They have also developed the commitment to working on their technique/skills. Training intensity is increased for these players, which generally increases mental strength, concentration, and diligence. Focus is given to speed, agility, and strength. There are routines for warm-up, cool down, and flexibility.
PLAYER READY PHASE – STAGE 4
For U12-U14 age group
At this stage most players are comfortable. Advanced training techniques are introduced and skills are presented within a more complex environment. The pace of development quickens at this stage and the acceleration of physical and mental strength.
THE PLAYER PHASE – STAGE 5
For U15-17 age group
At this stage, the players are well developed in technique, skills and tactical ability. They have a sound understanding of football principles and concepts. Emphasis is on the refinement of core skills and position-specific skills. Players are exposed to quality playing time which extends their mental, physical, tactical and technical capabilities. At this stage, more focus is given to their emotional stability.
